Services

We provide digital marketing, advertising management, SEO, content, social media and web development services as described in your proposal. Any work outside that scope is quoted separately.

Fees and payment

• Monthly retainers are billed in advance at the start of each month.
• Project fees, such as website builds, are billed in milestones set out in the proposal.
• Invoices are due within 7 days. Work may pause on overdue accounts.
• Prices exclude GST, which is added where applicable.

Advertising spend

Ad spend is paid directly by you to platforms such as Google and Meta, or billed separately and transparently. It is not part of our management fee.

Results

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, competition and market conditions. We commit to the agreed work and reporting, but we don't guarantee specific rankings, sales or returns.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals and access to the accounts we need. You are responsible for the accuracy of claims about your products and services, and for any licences required in your industry.

Ownership

Once paid for, the content, designs and website code we create for you belong to you. Ad accounts, analytics and social profiles remain in your name. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver our services.

Ending the engagement

Either side can end a monthly retainer with 30 days' written notice.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
